Primland is a residential resort community, and we, along with our broker partners (“Brokers”), process personal information to, as described further below, market and sell our residential homes to prospective buyers (“Prospects”). This Privacy Notice applies to personal data processing we utilize to market and sell our residences, as well as processing occurring on our corporate website ownprimland.com (our “Website”). This Privacy Notice is addressed to Prospects and to our Website visitors (“Visitors”).
For individuals who interact with us online, we collect information you choose to give us and other information that may be collected from your use of our Website, including from your device. We use that information to operate our business and for purposes set forth below. Below, we also describe choices we offer with respect to your information.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to information for which Primland does not determine the purpose and means of processing. In particular, if you are a Prospect or other individual who wants to understand the information practices of our Brokers, you should contact our Brokers directly or refer to their privacy notices. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that cannot be identified to any individual, household, or their devices, such as de-identified or anonymized information.

- Directly from Prospects and Visitors when provided to us, for instance when contacting us via the Website, communicating with us via email, text, or telephone, or responding to our inquiries or a survey.
- From Brokers.

Other Information Collection, Logging, and Automatically Collected Information
If you are a Website Visitor, your browser or device may be subject to our collection of logging and other automatically collected information. This includes information collection via cookies, web beacons, and other automatically collected information. Marketing communications. You may receive marketing communications from Primland, including if you sign up for marketing or other communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us at Info@ownprimland.com.
Please note that you may continue to receive non-marketing emails from us after you opt out. Please note that we do not control communications from or on behalf of others, including from Brokers. If you have received marketing communications from Brokers or other third parties, you should contact them directly to understand communication choices they may provide you.
