All homesites are thoughtfully positioned with the view shed in mind, free from obstructions. In addition, a buffer zone of forested open space protects the border of each residence’s lot. The property into the gorge, which affects the long range view, is owned by Primland and we will update and adjust the land as needed over time.

Yes. All Auberge Residence owners will be offered the opportunity to participate in The Lodge at Primland’s rental program to include their home for nightly rental as part of the hotel offering. You can also enter into long-term lease agreements. Contact us for more information.

Property Tax is $0.73 per $100 FMV, and the approximate closing costs are 2-5%.

Roaring Creek Homeowners Association is responsible for the area within this specific neighborhood while Moonshine Drive’s infrastructure is maintained by Primland Resort Owners’ Association.
